TRUSTB is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. We have no obligation to appoint a Data Protection Officer under Article 37 UK GDPR. We do not process special category data through this website. We do not carry out solely automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

TRUSTB may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 19th June 2026.

1      What we collect

When completing an online form, registering for a competition, signing up to our e-mail newsletter or entering any other personal details within this website, we may collect the following information:

2      Why we collect your data and our lawful bases

8.2    What happens next

Once our investigation is complete, we will notify you of the outcome and any action taken.
