Working collaboratively with the client to determine the scope of the of the assurance review and the most applicable areas of focus to be reviewed. The scope of the review may be the whole organisation, a function or supporting project in any phase of delivery, a specific functional element of a project, or a unique issue.
Where the review is in preparation of a formal peer review this will be conducted taking into consideration any formal guidance and policies the client will be required to work to. We will review documentation and undertake a range of one-to-one and focus group sessions to facilitate a candid discussion, to maximise the benefits of undertaking the review.
